  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and contribute to coordinated, patient-centred care pathways.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits and service reporting to support continuous enhancement of care delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external referrers to support seamless patient journeys.

Education, Research and Professional Practice

  • Contribute to a learning culture through participation in professional development activities, clinical supervision where relevant, and the support of students on placement.
  • Support the integration of research findings and evidence-based practice into day-to-day clinical service delivery within the ALERT team.
  • Maintain all professional registration, accreditation and ongoing competency requirements relevant to your discipline.

Workplace Health, Safety and Wellbeing

  • Actively contribute to a safe workplace by complying with Work Health and Safety legislation, policies and procedures, including the identification, reporting and management of hazards and risks.
